ROLE MODEL [ஒரு சாதாரண விசுவாசியின் உள்ளக் குமுறல்]
In todays Christendom we don’t see many Good Christian ROLE MODELS. Paul was a role model for Timoty. Moses was a role Model for Joshua. Joseph was a role model for his brothers. Saul was not a Role Model for David. Achen was not a role model for his family.
When people see a Role model, there raises leaders to lead. When there are no role models we do not see quality leaders as sucessors.
"We are called to be Christ like"
Christ like in our Talk,
Christ like in our Speech
Christ like in our witness
Today it is sad to see Christians even pastors (not all) are not a good “ROLE MODEL” they are becoming abusive and calling people by unwanted names and also at the same time calls the same people friends, brothers.
We "Christ"ians (not all) have Christ in our name but the action shows exactly opposite. "Highest order of Hypocrisy".
Recently I heard a testimony from a Hindu Convert “
Still my parents are living in ……...They are still Hindus...I heard about Jesus during my college days...You know how it is difficult to live as a christian in my village. I came to this forum (FB)... to get more strength in my christian life...But here everybody is fighting for their God. ………” .
On seeing this I was moved. Are we a ROLE MODEL?????
I have lot of respect for full time pastors and preachers as they have dedicated their earthly life for Christ and His ministry.
I have recently seen a pastor and his face book writings, they are of low standard and he don't know the meaning of "agree to disagree". I was so surprised to see a so called pastor writing in such a cheap way. Is it the way to be a ROLE MODEL?? Paul said Follow me as I follow Christ. Can we say this today??
We all have disagreement in some issues. That does not mean We are right and others are wrong and vise versa.
Is it not important to control our tongue??. When people ignore this pastor and his postings, he is so unwise to understand that people are ignoring and he still continue to show his arrogance and ignorance.
""9 But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. 10 Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them. 11 You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self-condemned. TITUS 3:9,10
தீத்து-3:9&10 புத்தியீனமான தர்க்கங்களையும் வம்சவரலாறுகளையும், சண்டைகளையும் நியாயபிரமாணத்தை குறித்து உண்டாகிற வாக்குவாதங்களையும் விட்டு விலகி நில்லுங்கள்....
I hope even people he tags ignoners and never even put a comment for him. When he gives a call to people to join him no one joins him. Will he understand that people are ignoring him because of his unwise approach and abusive language??.
He calls him pastor and keep on using derogatory words against fellow CHRISTians. Talks about Jesus but no character of Jesus seen in him.
When a person calls himself a pastor the world expects "pastoral behavior" from him or at least a dignified, diplomatic behavior are expected.
Oh very sad to see these kinds of pastors(not all) running around and spoiling Lords name.
Once I noticed him saying “I dont know English” but he runs a website(in English) and blogs to fire and abuse believers in ENGLISH. When caught red handed he says "I dont know" . Is it the way of accountability?? "Highest order of Hypocrisy".Even a non believer will not use such abusive hatred words.
Is it not our duty to warn such person who shows such a immaturity by their actions? If these kind of people are so ignorant about the power of internet they should mind their own business instead of trying to come and fire others with abusive words in the name God in the internet.
Is it the way to be a ROLE MODEL???
Let us respect other people views and learn the art of "Agree to Disagree". What will Jesus do??? WWJD?? if he is in this situation.
From a pastor I expect some "ANOINTED" words that can edify me and our fellow community. Any one can write but not all are anointed. From a pastor I would like to see a good Example,I expect him to be a positive Role model instead of Negative role model.
On seeing these things I pray. "Lord Help me to be a Good ROLE MODEL to golrify you and your name".

12. என் சகோதரரே, அத்திமரம் ஒலிவப்பழங்களையும், திராட்சச்செடி அத்திப்பழங்களையும் கொடுக்குமா? அப்படியே உவர்ப்பான நீரூற்றுத் தித்திப்பான ஜலத்தைக் கொடுக்கமாட்டாது. James 3; 9-12
Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. - James 3; 9-12
